60 Series High Pressure Fittings

Cone and thread fittings are common connectors that feature a sealing mechanism between cones, where cone engagement and compression achieve sealing. FITOK cone and thread fittings are available in 20M and 60H series, with working pressures up to 60,000 psig (4,137 bar) to meet diverse application needs. Additionally, FITOK offers anti-vibration gland options to help extend the life of piping subjected to vibration fatigue.

60H Series High-Pressure Cone and Thread Fittings, made from high-tensile 316 stainless steel, support working pressures up to 60,000 psig (4,137 bar), providing reliable connections for high pressure applications. Offer optimal performance when paired with FITOK T60 series tubing. Fittings in sizes 1/4″, 3/8″, and 9/16″ are available in union straights, elbows, tees, and crosses. Anti-vibration glands are available to replace standard glands, helping to extend the life of pipelines subjected to vibration fatigue.

Anti-vibration Gland Assemblies

Working pressure: 60,000 psig (4137 bar)
Tubing systems may be subject to extreme vibration or shock. In such applications, these assemblies provide the same reliable connection as standard FITOK glands to essentially prolong vibrational fatigue life.
A complete ordering number for anti-vibration gland assembly (for example: SS-HAV-HF4) includes gland nut and slotted collet. These two parts can also be ordered separately, as shown in the tables below. To order components with anti-vibration gland assemblies, add “-AV” to ordering number
