Grease Fittings and Bleed Fittings
Vented Cap Body Grease Fittings, BSG and BHG Series
BSG and BHG Series Vented Cap Body Grease Fittings are installed on process valves to inject grease for ensuring proper valve operation. In cases of leakage due to valve seal rupture, they allow for sealant injection to delay leakage and provide time for subsequent action. These fittings feature an all-metal construction, suitable for both high and low temperature environments, with a maximum working pressure of up to 10,000 pisg (690 bar). Materials compliant with NACE MR0175 are available for sour gas service and demanding environments.
High Pressure Lubrication and Sealant Fittings, LSH Series
LSH Series High Pressure Lubrication and Sealant Fittings are installed on process valves to inject grease for ensuring proper valve operation. In cases of leakage caused by valve seal rupture, these fittings allow sealant injection to temporarily delay leakage and provide time for subsequent measures. The floating-style design prevents galling. These fittings support a maximum working pressure of up to 20,000 psig (1,379 bar).
Packing Injection Fittings, PIF Series
PIF Series Packing Injection Fittings are used to inject packing into the stem area. These fittings feature an all-metal construction, suitable for both high and low temperature environments, with a maximum working pressure of up to 10,000 pisg (690 bar). Materials compliant with NACE MR0175 are available for sour gas service and demanding environments
Body Vent Bleeder Fittings, VFS Series
VFS Series Body Vent Bleeder Fittings are designed to quickly release pressure in valve bodies. With an all-metal construction, they are suitable for both high and low-temperature environments, supporting a maximum working pressure of up to 10,000 psig (690 bar). Their small size and simple design provide great convenience for process valve maintenance. Materials compliant with NACE MR0175 are available for sour gas service and demanding environments.
Internal Check Fittings, ICS Series
ICS Series Internal Check Fittings feature a soft seat design for reliable sealing performance. These fittings come with a built-in spring and ball to prevent reverse flow, with maximum working pressure of up to 10,000 pisg (690 bar). Materials compliant with NACE MR0175 are available for sour gas service and demanding environments.
Grease Fittings Accessories
Grease fitting accessories include grease gun lube adapters, designed to connect to grease guns via 1/4″ NPT male threads, and pressure relief tools for vented cap fittings, with a service pressure rating of up to 10,000 psig.
