Lever Handle

  • Primarily manufactured from stainless steel for good corrosion resistance.
  • A longer handle can be used, where space permits, to reduce operating torque.
Requires sufficient horizontal clearance for rotation.

  • Nylon is a non-metallic insulating material that provides excellent electrical insulation
  • Offers good resistance to corrosion, making it suitable for humid environments and applications involving mildly acidic or alkaline media.
  • Provides a degree of thermal insulation, reducing the influence of process or ambient temperatures on operator comfort.
Not suitable for excessively high-temperature applications.

 

  • Aluminum has a much lower density than stainless steel, making the handle lighter and easier to operate under identical working conditions.
  • Moderate thermal conductivity allows the handle temperature to change more gradually in both hot and cold environments.
Lower mechanical strength than stainless steel.

Oval Handle

  • The oval profile increases the contact area with the hand, distributing pressure more evenly and providing improved grip stability and operating comfort.
  • Its narrow profile helps reduce the space required for operation.
  • Compared with a standard lever handle, stress is distributed more evenly during operation, reducing the likelihood of handle damage.
Requires relatively higher operating torque.

Butterfly Handle

  • Finger-operated design enables quick and convenient operation.
  • Compact size reduces installation and operating space requirements.
Difficult to operate under high-pressure conditions because finger force alone may not provide sufficient operating torque.

K-Shaped Handle

Extremely compact design makes it ideal for installations where operating space is extremely limited.
Limited gripping area results in increased operating effort.

Scorpion Handle

The bent handle is positioned above the valve body, requiring much less horizontal operating clearance than a standard lever handle while rotating, reducing horizontal space requirements.
The hooked profile may interfere with adjacent equipment.

Special Application Options
