Medium and High Pressure Tools
FITOK provides a variety of installation tools specifically designed for medium and high pressure fittings and tubing. These include presetting tools, coning tools, reseating tools, and threading tools, all of which simplify the installation process. Presetting tools can streamline tube fitting installation in narrow spaces while expediting mass tube fitting installations. Other tools facilitate medium and high pressure fitting and tubing preparation to prevent leaks.
Manual Presetting Tools, PST Series
PST Series Manual Presetting Tools, used with a bench vise, enable ferrule presetting onto tubing in confined or challenging workspaces, allowing installation in wider and safer work conditions. For T15A/T20D Series tubing (1/8″ to 1/2″).
To preset double ferrules onto T15A T20D or series tubing.
Tubing sizes available in 1/8″, 1/4″, 3/8″ and 1/2″ O.D.
Hydraulic Presetting Tools, HPT Series
HPT Series Hydraulic Presetting Tools enable quick and convenient ferrule presetting onto tubing, reducing assembly and installation time and operator error. They are used to preset 20D series double ferrules onto tubing, suitable for T15A series or T20D series tubing with 1/2″ to 1″ O.D. Constructed with premium alloy steel jigs, these tools deliver exceptional stability, reliability and extended service life. Steel tubing connection between the pump and jig. Manually operated hydraulic pump does not require power or compressed air. Fit neatly in a rugged plastic carrying case.

Manual Coning Tools, HCT Series
HCT Series Manual Coning Tools are used for concentric cone processing on high pressure tubing, such as FITOK T20M and T60H series tubing. All the manual coning tools use the same basic tools on which the cutter heads and the collets of different sizes can be replaced.
Applied in T20M and T60H series tubing for concentric cone processing.

Manual Threading Tools, HTT Series
HTT Series Manual Threading Tools are used for thread processing on T20M and T60H series tubing. All the manual threading tools use the same basic tools to process threads by replacing threading dies and guide bushings of different sizes, suitable for medium and high pressure tubing sized 1/4″ to 9/16″.
Applied in T20M and T60H series tubing for thread processing.

Manual Reseating Tools, HRT Series
HRT Series Manual Reseating Tools are used for repairing the wearing cone seat of medium and high pressure fittings or valves. A complete ordering number shall include that of the cutter, antifriction gasket, orientation nut and handle.
