Vacuum Adapter Fittings
FITOK vacuum fittings include vacuum adapter fittings and vacuum tube fittings, designed with stainless steel for use in vacuum and negative pressure piping systems. These fittings ensure stable operation and reliable vacuum environments. VA series vacuum adapter fittings are generally used for vacuum cavity with ports to realize connections between vacuum flange and various fittings. VL series vacuum tube fittings are designed with O-ring seals and used for tube connection and adaption, offering reliable sealing performance even after repeated disassembly.
Vacuum Tube Fittings, VL Series
VL Series Vacuum Tube Fittingsfeature stainless steel construction and a fluorocarbon FKM O-ring, making them ideal for connecting tubes between 1/16″ and 1 1/2″. They support a working temperature range of -25°F to 400°F (-31°C to 204°C) and feature a knurled nut for easy, finger-tight assembly. These fittings maintain reliable sealing performance after repeated disassembly and are available in union straight, elbow, and tee types. They ensure easy connection and disconnection, saving time and delivering consistent results in vacuum seal applications.
Vacuum Adapter Fittings, VA Series
VA Series Vacuum Adapter Fittings, made from stainless steel, connect vacuum flanges with various fittings, including KF and CF vacuum flanges to FR metal gasket face seal fittings, tube fittings, and vacuum tube fittings. Face seal gaskets are available in copper or elastomeric options. These fittings offer a maximum vacuum degree of up to 10-12 Torr and a working temperature of up to 842°F (450°C).

Testing
◎ The vacuum fitting design has been helium leak tested to a -9 3 VL maximum leak rate of 4×10 std cm /s at ambient temperature.
◎ The leak rate increases as temperature increases due to permeation through the O-ring.
Cleaning and Packaging
◎ VL vacuum fittings meet the requirements of FITOK Standard Cleaning and Packaging.
◎ VL vacuum fittings are cleaned to remove machine oil, grease and loose particles.
