Valve Manifold is a wide or bigger pipe, which smaller pipes or channels lead. A pipe fitting or similar device that connects multiple inputs or outputs.

Instrumentation manifolds
Valve Manifold Design and manufacture in accordance with ASME B31.3 and MSS-SP-105.
Flanges in compliance with MSSSP-99 or IEC 61518 are available.
2 valve manifold is use with pressure gauges or pressure transmitters.
3-valve and 5-valve manifolds are used with differential pressure transmitters.
Manifold Valve H feature a horizontal body design, the V series for vertical body design, L series inline mounted.
The flow through a manifold valve is controlled by a needle valves. Meanwhile each valve has a specification and function to block pressure, to bleed off pressure, or to equalize pressure with depending on its location on the manifold.

Double Block & Bleed Valves
This design is developed to remove a sample directly from process stream during full system pressure. The customized sampling probe extends from the pipe flange connection during correct sample removal. Sampling valves can be provided without a probe and valves can be provided in most of the styles and options offered for the DBB ranges. Valve design is comply with API 6A. Applications therefore can use in steam application.
