Gauge Valve
Gauge valves are designed for measuring and regulating the flow in processing plants and petroleum or gas production applications. They are engineered for compact spaces and resist low-level corrosion. FITOK offers gauge valves in the GV, GVH, and GR series, with maximum working pressures up to 10,000 psig (690 bar) and orifice sizes up to 0.25” (6.4 mm). Packing and seats are available in a variety of materials. The valves feature lower stem ball-tip designs in the GV/GVH series and lower stem plug-tip designs in the GR series. Optional colored handles are available. Every gauge valve is leak tested at factory at rated working pressure.
Ball Tip Gauge Valves, GV and GVH Series
GV & GVH Series Ball Tip Gauge Valves feature a lower stem ball head design for back-sealing in the fully open position. Roll-formed stem threads provide enhanced mechanical properties. The gland includes a locking screw, and packing can be externally adjusted. Available with PTFE or graphite packing, supporting temperatures from -65°F to 1,200°F (-54°C to 649°C) and pressures up to 6,000 psig (414 bar). Standard, extended body, and compact body options are available in various handle colors. All valves are factory-tested at rated working pressures.

Plug Tip Gauge Valves, GR Series
GR Series Plug Tip Gauge Valves feature a lower stem plug head design for back-sealing in the fully open position. Roll-formed stem threads provide enhanced mechanical properties. The gland includes a locking screw, and packing can be externally adjusted. Options include PTFE or graphite packing and Acetal or PEEK seats, supporting temperatures from -20°F to 400°F (-28°C to 204°C) and pressures up to 10,000 psig (690 bar). Standard, extended body, and compact body options are available in various handle colors. All valves are factory-tested at rated working pressures.
Gauge Valve Features
Externally adjustable gland
Bonnet locking pin fitted as standard
Low torque operating T bar handle
Each GV/GR Series manifold leak tested with nitrogen or compressed air at the maximum working pressure, each GVH Series Gauge Valve manifold leak test with water at 1.1 times the maximum working pressure.
Note :
1. For manifolds of Acetal seat, the maximum medium temperature is 250 ( 121 ), not recommended for temperature higher than 200 F (93 ) for water and steam application.
2. Based on PEEK seat and PTFE packing.
Process interface valves for sour gas service are available. Materials are selected in accordance with
