Pressure Reducing Piston Regulator Type

Piston regulators Pressure reduce inlet pressure to a desired outlet pressure and maintain stability even with fluctuations in inlet pressure. These regulators are widely used in various piping systems. The key characteristic of pressure-reducing regulators is their ability to reduce inlet pressure to a lower outlet pressure during medium flow. Piston type pressure-reducing regulators feature a metal piston sensing mechanism that is more resistant to damage from pressure spikes and capable of withstanding higher pressures, providing a broader outlet pressure range. Some models come with a captured vent port to safely release the medium in the event of accidental piston sealing failure.
